Sound is great, it comes with the PA microphone to auto calibrate the sound settings, like speaker size, distance, phase and cut off frequencies for the sub woofer. You are buying for a used Yamaha audio video receiver in perfect condition. Rock music in a concert setting is pretty good.

So, you can set it to play classical music and get the feeling you are in a concert hall, or other venues. What I like most about it is that besides the Dolby or dts decoders for movie audio, it but also adds DPs programs that create different acoustic environments to listen to plain music from many different stereo sources. It was very well taken care of, in an enclosed cabinet all the time. Happy buying.
