I have been using it as a surround-sound only universal one you can buy new remote for the VSX-33TX on so, if want to use primary amplification source, i'd suggest getting. The other reason i'm selling this cheaply is that it a pain to set up without remote control, and using volume control manually. Or use it in much the same way I did - with your TV computer DVD as source volume control. This receiver excludes a remote control.

I put up with this as you don't need to set all that often and, mentioned, used a universal remote the TV main volume control source, so from Pioneer was fixed.
