GREAT cassette deck, cleaned, new belts installed. Proprietary RCA connectors for speakers were broken smaller than standard plugs now I know where Bose learned its tricks UGH! with speaker wire terminals. Its not difficult to find, and will stay in that position until moved.

Set at FM, sound only comes out of left channel. Phono inputs were preserved, and hang out the back. Japan in very good condition with only one issue discovered The Input Selector works well for every input except FM. Its listed as Parts, Not working, for that reason.

Otherwise works very well: Cleaned inside and out, controls cleaned operate correctly. 50 system watts , 2% THD, bass/treble and loudness controls. Adjusting it between FM and AM, theres a sweet spot where audio comes out of both channels. Standard RCA Aux input connections are there, but delicate - be careful inserting/removing plugs.

Otherwise works and sounds good. Beautiful Pioneer Centrex KH-5151 AM/FM /Cassette Stereo Receiver 1980. Top mounted BSR turntable was beyond repair, removed and solid poplar top installed.
