The green light came on for power button but display does not up. Sony str-dh840 7. This unit is brand new except that the power supply came loose from mount and banged around during shipping.

One of the plugs from power supply to circuit board came loose and I plugged it back in but unit does not seem function properly. 2 channel home theater 4k av receiver sold as-is and is for parts only.
